Educational Excellence and a Diverse Skill Set
William’s journey began at National Ilan University in Taiwan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering with a concentration in Computer and Network Engineering. Driven by a commitment to deepen his expertise, he went on to complete a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas, focusing on systems. His coursework in Computer Architecture, Distributed Computing, and Web Programming provided a solid foundation in the technical and operational skills that would later fuel his career success.
From Technical Support to Leading Operations
William joined DFW Technology as a Technical Support Engineer, quickly making a name for himself through his innovative contributions and focus on efficiency. During his time in the IT Department and Repair Center, William led the Wingtech project, where he designed and optimized workflows, managed Microsoft 365 services, and collaborated with customer teams on process improvements. His work on streamlining the internal ticketing system led to a 33% reduction in processing time, highlighting his strong problem-solving skills and dedication to enhancing operational efficiency.
His diverse experience extends beyond DFW, including previous roles with Google in Taipei and Jenbo Technology Marketing Company, where he honed his skills in cloud platforms, web development, and front-end design. These experiences have enriched William’s perspective, enabling him to approach challenges with a blend of technical knowledge and innovative thinking.
